Your mission You will be the commercial growth driver in the mid market segment across the Middle East and North Africa. Your role focuses on three core axes: selling, managing, and growing client accounts for Linked In Talent & Learning Solutions. You will own the full commercial relationship — from prospecting and closing new business to ensuring existing clients continuously expand their use of Linked In's Talent & Learning suite — working hand in hand with the Linked In team in high-potential markets. What you'll do Identify and acquire new mid market accounts in the MENA region, focusing on companies with active talent attraction and learning & development needs Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution presentations, negotiation, and closing Support clients throughout their entire lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, growth), acting as a trusted advisor Collaborate directly with the Linked In team on joint business development initiatives around Talent & Learning Solutions Analyze market and client data to identify opportunities and build strong
