Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.La experiencia que se espera de los solicitantes, así como las habilidades y cualificaciones adicionales necesarias para este trabajo, se enumeran a continuación.The Client Services Associate is the first point of contact for clients and it is responsible for liaising between the Production and the Client, completing the preflight of new projects, entering projects on our accounting and project management systems, and sending projects to Production.Position responsibilities:Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through our centralized technologyCollaborate with various members of the Production team to assess the scope of work and produce cost and timeline estimates for translation projects and requestsInitiate all project-related work by providing detailed budget, schedule and instructions to the project team and by anticipating pitfalls or potential roadblocks to successful completionEnsure that any pitfalls are addressed and resolved with the client before being submitted to the Production teamWhere applicable, initiate some project specifics to set the Production team/individual project up for successTake a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture, educating the project team, and providing a high level of serviceMonitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets and ultimately produce high quality deliverablesServe as the central point of contact for and liaison between external client contact and internal Production team membersSet and fulfill client expectationsComply with all ISO regulations, processes and proceduresPotentially troubleshoot problem projectsInvestigate client complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions where applicable in collaboration with our Quality Assurance teamDiscuss issues with clients and Production team members and creatively problem solve to alleviate issuesComplete any other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role as assigned by a manager/supervisorEssential skills and experience required:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.Superior written and spoken communication skills in EnglishExcellent problem solving and analytical skills; must be able to take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of serviceEffective time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and coworkers from a variety of different backgrounds and culturesProactive attitude with the desire to take ownership of tasks and responsibilitiesDesired skills and experience:1-2 years´ professional experience in client management and/or business relationship and development, preferably in a corporate environmentKnowledge of or experience in the Language Services industry and familiarity with associated tools (web technologies, desktop publishing software, database and network environments, translation memory tools, etc.)Knowledge of additional languages at professional working proficiencyTransPerfect and its companies provides equal employment opportunities to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local law.We celebrate diversity as one of our core values and we have a clear goal: to be an inclusive workplace where a diverse mix of talented people want to come, stay and do their best work.
