Experteer Overview
You will drive the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of Grifols’ cloud platforms across multi-cloud environments. You join a cross-functional team to enable reliable, secure, and scalable cloud services that support the company’s cloud transformation programs. You will work on modernizing infrastructure, promoting automation, and adopting cloud-native patterns to reduce risk and cost. This role offers meaningful impact at the intersection of healthcare and technology, with a clear path to influence enterprise cloud strategy.

• Operate and continuously improve cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and OCI.
• Support deployment and management of compute, storage, networking, identity, security, and monitoring services.
• Ensure availability, security, resilience, and alignment with standards.
• Define and evolve cloud operating models, guardrails, and best practices.
• Support hybrid cloud scenarios and on-premise to cloud integration.
• Contribute to adoption of cloud-native technologies and modern infrastructure practices.
• Design, develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or equivalents.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Support CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and cloud changes.
• Promote automation-first principles within Cloud Operations and infra teams.
• Operate and support Kubernetes-based platforms (AKS, EKS) and container workloads.
• Ensure monitoring, logging, backup, security and governance for Kubernetes environments.
• Participate in cloud migration and modernization initiatives, including workload readiness and landing zones.
• Identify risks, dependencies and operational impacts during migrations.
• Monitor cloud consumption and support cost optimization and governance.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance and technical teams on cost visibility and budgeting.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure and cloud operations in enterprise environments
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS; OCI is a strong plus
• Experience in cloud migration, modernization or Journey to Cloud initiatives
• Practical experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
• Experience with Kubernetes, AKS and/or EKS
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and automation pipelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
