Experteer Overview In this role, you will design and secure scalable AWS-based cloud architectures and build security tooling to protect Taxbit’s cloud infrastructure. You’ll partner with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to embed security across the development lifecycle, from threat modeling to secure coding practices. You will lead automated security controls and CI/CD security integration, strengthening overall posture at scale. This is a hands-on, impact-driven opportunity to shape secure infrastructure for a fast-growing fintech leader.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Design secure, scalable AWS architectures and services with engineering teams
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders on secure deployment scenarios across cloud environments
- Act as trusted security advisor throughout the software development lifecycle
- Lead threat modeling exercises for applications and infrastructure
- Implement secure coding practices and application security controls with developers
- Design, build, and operate cloud-native security infrastructure across AWS
- Develop automated security controls, detection, and response capabilities
- Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or AWS CDK) for secure configurations
- Define and implement systems generating high-quality security signals for threat detection
- Own security problems end-to-end, delivering production-ready solutions
- Contribute to DevSecOps by integrating security into CI/CD pipelines
- Continuously improve security standards, practices, and reliability
- Educate and mentor engineers on secure design and cloud security best practices
- Help shape the security roadmap using real-world engineering insightsResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of professional experience in software or security engineering
- Strong Python programming skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS and security
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or similar)
- Proven experience with threat modeling and application security
- Experience implementing DevSecOps and securing CI/CD pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, distributed environment across time zones
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalentRequisitos principales
