We have an exciting opportunity currently open for an experienced Club Manager to join COYA Marbella team.
Experience you will need:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar management role in a luxury club.
Strong people management skills and experience with managing and leading a team.
Demonstrate positive leadership and ability to develop the team, by mentoring, empowering, and identifying growth potential.
Ability to maintain high customer service, ensuring guests preferences are met and strive to exceed guest expectations
A passion for hospitality and customer service.
A team player, pro-active with a can-do attitude.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal English & Spanish communication skills and strong interpersonal and negotiations skills are essential.
