We are currently looking for aComercial/ Business Development Specialistto join our teamin Merida, Badajoz, Extremadura.Starting Date: ASAPContract: Permanent, through Protecnium España.Language and Level Required: English, High-Intermediate (B2), Advanced C1 (Must).Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, 2 hours of lunch break between 2 pm and 4 pm. Friday Afternoons are remoteSummary: develop the commercial area for the United Kingdom, the European Union, and other markets, in line with the business plan and the priorities and guidelines set by the Business Development Management, to achieve the established commercial volumes, targets, and performance indicators.Responsibilities:- Maintain and develop the existing client base by building strong relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention, and proactively monitoring ongoing projects.- Identify additional client needs, propose tailored solutions, and coordinate with key stakeholders (procurement, HR, operations).- Implement retention and satisfaction KPIs and support business development across the UK and EU branches (Germany, Norway, Romania, and others).- Analyze UK, EU, and other markets to identify trends, regulatory changes, and opportunities for specialized workforce services.- Monitor competitors and emerging sectors, support service diversification, and collaborate with Management to define commercial expansion strategies aligned with company objectives.- Prepare competitive and profitable commercial offers, negotiate terms and contracts within established policies, and support operations in monitoring deployed personnel.- Maintain and update the CRM with quotes, results, KPIs, and improvement actions to ensure commercial targets are met.- Develop active prospecting strategies in key sectors (energy, construction, engineering, oil & gas, renewables, logistics) across the UK, EU, and other regions.- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts, qualify leads, support international marketing initiatives, and design geographic expansion plans in high‑potential markets such as the UK, Germany, Norway, and Romania.Requirements and skills:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Business, or a similar field.- A Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Business Development Area.- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities, combined with innovation, creativity, and a results‑oriented mindset.- Availability to travel internationally.Benefits:- Working for an international company that is currently expanding.- 22 paid vacation days+ public holidays.- Annual productivity bonus based on KPIs.The description and conditions indicated here are intended to describe the general nature of the work performed by employees but do not constitute a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and general competencies required by the staff.
