Job Title: Commercial & CVM Lead Location: Ceuta Grade: M3.2 We are looking for a Commercial & CVM Lead to manage the entire commercial and customer value management agenda for Spain across Casino and Sports. You will lead a team of market experts and partner closely with the PokerStars Network to deliver the Poker CVM strategy timelines, campaigns and lifecycle journeys in alignment with network direction, regulatory requirements and local business objectives. Role Overview As Commercial & CVM Lead you will set the country roadmap, drive the customer strategy, and own the locally‑executed Poker CVM plan. You will translate business goals into market‑leading propositions, promotional plans, lifecycle journeys and a customer contact strategy, balancing performance, value and compliance in a competitive regulated market. What You’ll Do Develop the country roadmap, proposition and commercial ownership. Own Spain’s commercial strategy and execution roadmap across Poker, Casino and Sports. Define and lead the value proposition for Spain. Monitor market trends to prioritise roadmap decisions and commercial plans. Own and govern Spain’s commercial investment/offset approach. Deliver on local CVM strategy and performance. Translate commercial goals into customer strategy: segmentation, lifecycle design and targeting. Create and manage the Customer Contact Strategy (channels, frequency, tone, compliance). Run promotional and lifecycle initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, conversion and retention. Manage performance metrics for CVM initiatives, run reviews and optimisation cycles. Lead the execution of Poker CVM plans (campaigns, journeys, communications). Collaborate with the PokerStars Network to align Spain’s execution with network direction and calendar moments. Ensure operational excellence: briefs, testing, QA, timelines, stakeholder sign‑offs and reporting. Supervise customer communications and content across email, push, in‑app and SMS. Partner with marketing for localisation and optimisation of site and promotional content. Drive experimentation and iteration on UX/UI content with a “test, learn, ship” rhythm. Lead and develop a mid‑sized team, setting ownership, high standards and a strong performance attitude. Act as the senior Commercial & CVM person across product, brand, analytics, operations, compliance and customer teams. Provide clear, structured updates and recommendations to senior leaders and collaborators. What You’ll Bring Strong experience in iGaming commercial planning and/or CVM, preferably across multiple verticals. Proven track record of building and executing country strategies that deliver measurable growth. Solid understanding of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, promotional mechanics, and customer contact strategy. Comfortable with investment/offset thinking, prioritisation and ROI trade‑offs in a competitive market. Experience leading teams and stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
