This is a remote-first role with periodic in-person meetings and collaboration in Tenerife.Applicants planning to relocate to Tenerife within the next 3–6 months are also encouraged to apply.Please note that this position is not intended for applicants seeking a fully remote role from another country.¿Inspira Holding is a global travel technology company powering private-label travel and lifestyle platforms for partners across banking, telecommunications, loyalty, membership, and travel sectors.Our technology supports partners and brands across North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, helping millions of users access travel and lifestyle benefits through white-label solutions, membership programs, and loyalty platforms.As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Compliance & People Operations Manager to help strengthen our compliance framework, support our international team, and build scalable internal processes.We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance & People Operations Manager to oversee our compliance initiatives and support key people operations across our international business.This role combines responsibility for compliance programs including SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 readiness, policy management, audit preparation, vendor compliance reviews, and security awareness initiatives, while also supporting employee onboarding, training, documentation, and people operations processes.You will work closely with leadership, operations, technology teams, customer support teams, and external partners to ensure compliance requirements are met and internal processes continue to scale effectively.Manage and maintain compliance programs including SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001 readiness, and related initiativesCoordinate audits, evidence collection, control monitoring, and remediation activitiesAdminister compliance platforms such as Drata and maintain supporting documentationCoordinate vendor due diligence, security reviews, and compliance questionnairesSupport risk assessments and compliance reporting activitiesTrack compliance obligations and ensure timely completion of required actionsCoordinate security awareness and compliance training programsWork with internal teams to ensure controls are operating effectivelyServe as a key point of coordination for compliance-related projects and auditsCoordinate employee training, certifications, and policy acknowledgementsSupport recruitment coordination and hiring administration3+ years of experience in Compliance, People Operations, HR Operations, Risk Management, Security, Operations, or a related field~ Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similar~ Strong organizational and project management skills~ Ability to work independently in a remote environment~ Fluent written and spoken EnglishExperience with Drata, Vanta, Secureframe, or similar compliance platformsBased in Tenerife or the Canary Islands, or willing to work primarily aligned with Canary Islands/CET business hoursComfortable working across Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Leadership teamsAble to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyExcited by the opportunity to help build and scale a growing international businessFully remote positionFlexible working environmentExposure across compliance, operations, technology, and people functionsYour experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, or similarYour experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or employee lifecycle managementAny experience with compliance platforms such as Drata, Vanta, or SecureframeHay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto. xcskxlj Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
