About us Global automotive & marine consultancy: 14+ million inspections/year, presence in 52 countries and 139 locations. We deliver finished-vehicle & Ro‑Ro inspections, supervisions, audits, claims management and data-driven consulting using carpod, carpodX and carlogics. Role summary You will own end-to-end creation, validation and publishing of vehicle inspection reports in carlogics.Net, ensure data and classification accuracy, coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients, and escalate high-damage issues for mitigation. Key responsibilities Create inspection reports in carlogics.Net: Obtain vessel Vehicle Lists (raw files) for inspected units. Convert Vehicle Lists into carlogics.Net import format. Import Vehicle Lists into carlogics.Net. Link carpod inspection data to Vehicle List records in carlogics.Net. Validate final inspection reports: Identify and correct reporting and classification inaccuracies. Discuss reporting issues with Head Consultant and Principal Surveyor. Discuss classification issues with Key Account Manager and Head Consultant. Flag and escalate high-damage ratios (thresholds to be defined) to the Key Account Manager. Publish and share reports: Ensure Head Consultant is informed of publication. Share with involved C.A.R. Consulting offices (support automation where applicable). Export/share reports with third parties (OEMs, claims adjusters, insurers). Management & coordination: Create/maintain overview/dashboard of reports per port per customer. Check port terminal and sailing schedules to ensure all vessels are inspected/reported. Send PD reports with high-damage rates to Loading and Discharge Principal Surveyors. Liaise with terminals, shipping lines and internal teams to close reporting gaps. Required qualifications & skills 3–5 years’ experience in vehicle inspections, claims handling, or automotive logistics, with field exposure at ports/terminals. Proven experience with programs with extensive data inspection/claims platforms; strong Excel/dataconversion skills. Strong attention to detail for data validation and damage classification accuracy. Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under deadlines, manage multiple vessel reports. Fluent English; Spanish/Catalan or other languages advantageous. Preferred Experience integrating raw VIN lists, batch imports and automated report exports. Background in OEM inspection standards, audits or training delivery.
