At Tenth Revolution Group, a global firm specialized in technology and digital talent, we collaborate with an international industry-leading company that is driving a profound digital transformation across its Supply Chain, Planning, and Manufacturing areas.We are looking for a Global SAP Expert – Planning & Manufacturing with a solid functional background and strong understanding of industrial processes, capable of connecting business needs with high‐quality and scalable SAP solutions. Location Madrid — Hybrid model (3 days of remote work per week) Languages Professional English (C1) Fluent German (minimum B2), essential for interacting with plant operations teams About the Role This position will be key in driving the evolution and optimization of planning and manufacturing processes within a global organization. You will act as the main link between business, operations, and technology teams, ensuring that processes are properly designed, standardized, and aligned with real day‐to‐day needs. You will take on a transversal role: functional support, initiative management, coordination of key users, advising international teams, and leading improvements in SAP processes. Main Responsibilities Serve as a key interlocutor between global standard processes and the specific needs of Supply Chain, Planning, and Manufacturing. Analyze, develop, and optimize SAP and non‐SAP processes, driving efficiency, standardization, and digitalization. Provide functional insight and business knowledge to evolve production and planning processes. Offer expert support in daily operations, functional changes, and strategic projects. Lead or coordinate international project teams, ensuring alignment, adoption, and effective knowledge transfer. Manage change management activities, testing, documentation, and communication with the global key user community. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities and proposing scalable solutions. Requirements University degree or mid/high‐level vocational training (FP) with proven experience. At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Project Management, or similar functional roles. Minimum 3 years of experience working with SAP R/3 and/or S/4HANA in one or more modules: SAP APO / SAP IBP / SAP OMP / SAP Manufacturing / SAP QM / SAP PM. Practical knowledge of agile methodologies. Excellent communication, persuasion, and internal customer‐oriented skills. Ability to explain complex technical topics in a simple and clear manner. Nice to Have Knowledge of Power BI for data analysis. Experience in multinational environments or with global teams. Previous participation in technology adoption initiatives or key user communities.
