This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial environment, supporting the HR Business Partner in delivering people-related solutions aligned with business needs.You will work closely with managers and HR teams, contributing to key HR processes while developing a solid understanding of the HR Business Partner role within a multinational organization.What are you going to doWith a business-oriented and people-focused mindset, you will support and collaborate in:- Supporting the HR Business Partner in daily activities related to employee lifecycle management.- Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, including coordination with hiring managers and candidates.- Supporting performance management, training and development initiatives.- Collaborating in workforce planning, organizational updates and HR reporting.- Participating in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication actions.- Supporting labor relations activities and ensuring HR policies are correctly applied.- Assisting in HR data management, reporting and KPI tracking.- Collaborating with different departments to ensure HR alignment with business prioritiesWhat we are looking forEducation:Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Relations or similar .Technical skills:Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Languages:Professional level of Spanish and English.Personal profile:- A motivated and proactive young professional eager to learn and grow in HR.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Analytical mindset with interest in the business side of HR.- Well-organized, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks.- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. xcskxlj What’s interesting for youA learning opportunity within a leading company in the food industry.
