Amaris is looking for a Senior Consultant in Health Economics and HTA to join our dynamic and international team in Barcelona as part of our HEMA department (Health Economics & Market Access).HEMA is a dynamic and expert team of more than 80 collaborators located in 8 countries (Canada, U.S.A, Spain, France, U.K., China, Bulgaria and Tunisia) with a focus on Health Economics, Evidence Value & Access, and Biostatistics.ResponsibilitiesLead analysis on Health Economics projects, including CEM, BIMs, cost calculators, and HTA submissions.Act as project manager for Health Economics and HTA projects.Interact with clients, understand their needs, and identify optimal methodological solutions.Develop and deliver high‑quality deliverables and lead client meetings.Act as the main point of contact to the client and coordinate team work internally.Represent company expertise in presentations, conferences, and external events, and contribute to proposal preparation.Provide management and technical support to other team members within the Health Economics and Market Access department.Coach junior team members on methodological expertise, soft skills, and professional development.Ensure quality of deliverables within your cluster and set standards of excellence.Support business development by creating opportunities with existing clients and developing proposals within your area of expertise.QualificationsAdvanced degree (Master’s or equivalent) in Health Economics, Biostatistics, or a related field.Over four years of relevant experience in health economics and HTA with solid knowledge of submissions in key markets.Proficient in Excel and VBA; experience with R is a plus.Ability to design, organize, implement, and present project plans independently and work effectively within a team.Strong project management and leadership skills with experience supervising project teams.Clear and professional communication in writing and speaking with clients and team members.Creative mindset and proactive, solution-oriented problem‑solving approach.Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an asset.Benefits and InclusionDiversity & Inclusion: We welcome all qualified candidates regardless of gender, orientation, ethnicity, beliefs, age, or disability.International Environment: Offices in Montreal, Toronto, London, Paris, Barcelona, Sofia, and Shanghai.Career Growth: Be part of a consulting group with over 6,000 team members in more than 60 countries.Impact: Work on projects that make a real difference in healthcare.
