Contact Center Sales & Performance Specialist – INGING is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Contact Center Sales & Performance Specialist to join our Remote Sales Team within the Growth Tribe, Development area. This is a temporary, 6‑month position that plays a key role in commercial performance, business activation and data‑driven decision making.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage performance indicators for Savings (Cuenta Naranja) within the call center channel, tracking performance, conversion evolution and identifying growth levers.Lead the Mobile Primary Bank function from the call center, monitoring commercial offerings through traffic‑light indicators in BPO agencies, assessing their impact on customer engagement and defining activation dynamics including incentives, competitions and initiatives.Collaborate with the Growth Tribe to drive initiatives that maximize commercial impact, contributing from the call center to enhance digital channel performance through high‑conversion outbound activity, optimization of digital journeys and solutions such as click‑to‑call.Contribute to data analysis, reporting and strategic support, working with the team to analyze performance, generate insights to improve conversion, efficiency and product mix, and support decision making in collaboration with the COO and product teams.Maintain continuous interaction with call centre agencies and BPO partners, including travel to different sites across Spain to ensure proper alignment and execution.QualificationsStrong business mindset with solid analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights.Experience with advanced Excel.Experience with MicroStrategy or similar BI tools.Knowledge of SQL (SAS is a plus).Solid understanding of ING products and customer management through tools such as TWIN.Willingness to travel within Spain to support agency alignment.BenefitsFlexible work model: balance remote and on‑site days in ING Madrid.Health and life insurance for you and your family.Flexible remuneration model with tax‑advantaged benefits including childcare, transport card and training aids.Free company shuttle service with multiple routes to the Madrid office.Banking benefits: special loan and mortgage conditions, pension plan after 1 month.Employee care: 360º wellness, physiotherapy, gyms, and gym‑pass service.Employee networks and inclusive culture initiatives.
