Monitor and control the financial performance of X-ELIO's current operating assets, assets under construction, and pipeline projects. Analyze financial deviations and provide explanations and recommendations for corrective actions. Lead the development of long-term financial forecasts in alignment with X-ELIO's broader strategic plans. Generate rolling 12-month cash flow reports, 3-year cash flow projections, and pipeline analysis to support decision-making Oversee and control investments in the project pipeline, ensuring adherence to budgets approved by the Investment Committees. Provide regular updates and insights on budgetary control measures and financial performance relative to investment targets. Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure alignment in financial records, reporting, and compliance. What do we need? 10 years of total controlling experience in working in international corporate environments within financial departments, and 3 of those years should be in managerial roles. Ideally experience in renewable energy, infrastructure or construction. Highly valued: team management experience and reporting procedure creation.
