Diversity drives innovation and contributes to a workplace where everyone can thrive.Corporate HSES Assistant – MissionUnder the authority of the Global HSE Senior Manager, the Corporate HSES Assistant provides technical and operational support for the corporate HSE systems used throughout the organization. The role ensures that reporting, analysis, documentation, and compliance control processes operate consistently and efficiently across all regions and operational areas.The role focuses on technology, analysis, and global standardisation, acting as a liaison between the corporate HSE team, regional units, and digital systems such as incident platforms, legal matrices, dashboards, action logs, and audits.Responsibilities1. Technical Administration of Corporate HSE Platforms:- Manage users, roles, permissions, and configurations of the global HSE system.- Ensure technical integrity of the system: data migration, catalog maintenance, field validation, workflows, and classification matrices.- Coordinate with IT and vendors on adjustments, updates, releases, or technical incidents.- Document changes to the system and communicate global updates.2. Global Standardisation of the HSE Management System:- Maintain global templates, digital forms, workflows, and associated procedures.- Manage corporate documentation on DMS platforms.- Participate in the development of new functionalities or the digitisation of HSES processes.3. Data Governance and Global Reporting:- Consolidate data from multiple countries and regions according to corporate criteria.- Validate and clean data prior to integration into corporate dashboards.- Prepare global performance reports: LTIFR, TRIR, monthly reporting, trend analysis, deviations, and root causes.- Provide technical support in Power BI / advanced Excel to build visualisations or ad‑hoc analyses.4. Global Management of Incidents, Observations, and Actions:- Review incidents reported globally to ensure correct classifications, severities, and attachments.- Track the closure of corrective/preventive actions internationally.- Prepare global reports on lessons learned, regional comparisons, and operational priorities.5. Support for Corporate and ISO Audits:- Prepare technical evidence for audit (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001).- Manage global records of regulatory compliance and legal requirements by country.- Maintain digital traceability of audits, inspections, and global HSE programmes.Qualifications & Experience- Education: Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), or similar.- 1–3 years in HSE roles or corporate systems support.- Experience with global HSE platforms such as eGestiona, Ctaima, Dockify, Nalanda, eCordina or equivalents.- Experience with legal requirement control tools such as Red‑On‑Line, Ecogestor, Enhesa or equivalents.- Experience in renewable energy or industrial environments is highly desirable.- Advanced Excel, data analysis, and structured database management.- Knowledge of digital workflows, document management, and system administration.- Advanced English for global coordination.- Knowledge of French is desirable.- Knowledge of ISO standards documentary control necessities.Key Skills- Customer orientation/quality of service.- Responsibility.- Accuracy.- Openness to change.- Ability to work in a team.- Coordination and leadership skills.- Travel availability (sporadic).We are an equal‑opportunity employer and welcome candidates from all backgrounds.If this opportunity excites you, we would love to hear from you!
