Experteer Overview
You will drive regional sourcing initiatives within the Sourcing department to support business growth and sustainable procurement. You’ll manage supplier relationships, negotiate terms and align regional plans with global strategies. The role focuses on ESG compliance, cost optimization, and supply continuity across a defined spend area. This position offers cross-functional collaboration and a chance to shape the regional sourcing footprint at Hager. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Manage a defined group of vendors to meet quality, cost, lead time, compliance, and sustainability objectives
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers
• Incorporate ESG requirements in sourcing and ensure partners align with Code of Sustainable Sourcing
• Develop and manage regional sourcing roadmaps and execute initiatives aligned with policy
• Report on sourcing savings and compliance
• Promote collaboration with Category Management and aggregate volumes for benefits
• Ensure deployment of category strategies in the regions
• Drive No PO No Pay rollout and ensure local stakeholder alignment and deliverables
• Establish and maintain a supplier base to mitigate financial and operational risks and ensure policy compliance
Responsabilidades
• Academic degree or relevant commercial/technical education
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in purchasing and procurement techniques
• Proven track record delivering value from strategic activities
• Ability to manage projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration across functions, geographies, and disciplines
• Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management
• Proven negotiation skills up to senior management with understanding of contracts and local regulations
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan
