Country Sales Lead (Spain)
About the company
Autopay is expanding its solutions into international markets and building a sales structure in Spain. We are looking for a person who will take full responsibility for developing the business from scratch, build the pipeline, close the first contracts, and later establish a local BDM sales team.
This is a hands‑on role at the beginning, with a clear path toward team building and scaling sales.
About the role
Your role as Country Sales Lead:
At the beginning:
- developing sales in the Spanish market,
- building the pipeline and running end‑to‑end sales processes,
- identifying partnerships and go‑to‑market channels,
- collaborating with the product and marketing teams in Poland,
- adapting the offering to the specifics of the Spanish market.
In the next stage:
- building and developing the BDM team in Spain,
- defining sales strategy and targets,
- managing the pipeline and forecasting,
- developing key relationships with partners and enterprise clients,
- scaling Autopay’s presence in the Southern Europe region, with a particular focus on Spain.
Requirements and skills we are looking for in a person hired for this role:
proven experience in B2B sales within the Spanish market,
background in selling fintech, payments, SaaS, or platform‑based solutions (a strong plus),
ability to independently develop a market from the ground up,
readiness to operate in a hands‑on capacity while shaping a scalable sales structure,
experience working with enterprise‑level clients,
fluency in both Spanish and English.
