We are looking for a Veeva CRM Business Analyst who will connect business stakeholders with high‑impact technology solutions, manage local technology delivery, and support the Technical Product Owner / Manager in shaping Product Line strategy.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesAct as a technology partner; work with business stakeholders to identify unmet needs, propose IT solutions, and assist management in developing business cases and project charters.Lead the technical discovery process for potential projects: scope needs, gather requirements, develop accurate test scripts, support stakeholders in test execution, and produce functional specifications for solution build, following regional and global standards and our Agile rapid Requirements Definition & Management methodology.Build deep market knowledge by partnering internally with business units and externally with start‑ups, academics, and other partners to understand health technology market trends.Explore and experiment with business‑led IT projects and external technology developments to scope and rapidly pilot single‑market solutions, identifying options for scaling within the regional Product Lines.Manage delivery of local projects, collaborating with business and Product Line teams to localize requirements, and drive effective change management by engaging the right people at the right time.Ensure technology projects meet strict compliance regulations (healthcare, information security, privacy, GxP) and documentation requirements.Take a regional view on technology solutions, leveraging harmonised solutions where possible by understanding business practices in other countries.Proactively match business needs with existing technology capabilities, showcasing best practice and encouraging the adoption of core systems and harmonised processes.Shape Product Line roadmaps by identifying opportunities or gaps where technology can add value and influence strategy execution internally and externally.Support the Technical Product Owner / Manager in challenging the business, encouraging innovation, and managing expectations.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with CRM technologies; Salesforce or Veeva CRM is a plus.Proven experience in business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development.Recent or current business‑facing role.Hands‑on experience configuring CRM solutions.Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies, Agile and Lean development, and tools such as Jira and Confluence.Track record of delivery in complex, ambiguous, and changing environments while adhering to regulatory and compliance guidelines.SkillsStrong influence across business roles and stakeholder seniorities, effective team working.Clear written and verbal communication; can communicate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at all levels.Facilitator of workshops and meetings, skilled in negotiation.Passion for technology and applying it to deliver value to businesses and customers.Continuous learner, familiar with current trends (e.g., AI, blockchain).Hands‑on approach to experimentation and problem solving.Fluency in EnglishEnglish fluency is essential.What We OfferPermanent contract.Flexible schedule for work‑life balance.Certification plan to advance skills.Home office support.Flexible remuneration: public transport vouchers, restaurant vouchers, etc.Health insurance. xcskxlj Professional development: training, mentorship, growth opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
