Overview
How you’d spend your day:
Management and monitoring of CRM campaigns end to end.
Process control and phases of campaign development.
Historical DB analysis and insight extraction. Definition of CRM strategies, forecasting and campaign planning.
Delivery of monthly reports and reporting.
Support brands in decision making and action development.
Design and ideation of reports and dashboarding.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, ADE or similar.
Demonstrable experience of +3 years in a CRM department, managing end-to-end campaigns.
Knowledge of Adobe Campaign Classic.
Teamwork experience.
A high level of English (C1) in both spoken and written form.
Advanced knowledge of Excel. Excellent organizational skills and high detail orientation. Digital profile, proactive and with high attention to detail.
