Experteer Overview As Cu0026amp; S Outsourcing Expert, you oversee outsourced credit control activities within the Credit line of business, ensuring high-quality service against SLAs and controls. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and the external provider to strengthen processes, drive service improvements, and support governance and regulatory reporting in a globally connected setup. The role emphasizes performance monitoring, data integrity, and strong partner management to deliver reliable credit control outcomes. - Lead and oversee the outsourced Technical Accounting team to meet targets, SLAs, and quality standards
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and act as the central point of contact for credit control topics
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies across credit control with global and Operational Excellence teams
- Ensure appropriate team structure, resource allocation, and monitor performance via KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Provide analytical insights; support governance and regulatory reporting; identify risks and opportunities early
- Strengthen internal controls and data quality standards across processes
- Manage the external service provider relationship and performance, coordinating with internal and external auditorsResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of relevant operational experience in corporate insurance or broking with credit control/technical accounting exposure
- Experience in third-party management within a corporate insurance or technical accounting context
- Proven track record in driving process improvements and operational efficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management, with influencing and negotiation capabilities
- Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
- Solid MS Office skills (Excel)
