About the Role
As a Customer Operations Executive, you’ll play a critical role across the full customer journey – from first contact through installation and aftercare. You’ll provide technical product support, guide customers through EV charger installations, and support the sales team with lead and CRM management.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you’ll collaborate closely with technical, sales, and partner teams to deliver a seamless and high‑quality customer experience across Southern European markets.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for EV charging products to customers and installation partners
Troubleshoot product and installation issues, collaborating with engineering teams when required
Guide customers through the EV charger installation process and monitor installer performance
Manage and assign installation partners based on surveys, availability, and capacity
Support the sales team by tracking, updating, and qualifying leads in CRM systems
Create and improve documentation to streamline customer support and reduce inbound queries

What We’re Looking For

Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and Italian, with professional proficiency in English
2+ years’ experience in a customer operations, support, or technical support role
Experience working with CRM and support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable solving complex, technical problems
Experience or strong interest in the EV charging, energy, or cleantech sector is a strong advantage
