Overview
As the face and voice of Deel to clients, you cultivate durable relationships and translate them into long-term revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor on operational and product matters, while advocating for clients internally to expand their use of Deel. The role blends relationship management with data-driven problem solving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will shape client outcomes across a global, multi-country footprint and contribute to Deel’s growth and transformation.

ResponsabilidadesManage a diverse portfolio of accounts within the market segmentIdentify and flag risks to prevent churn and coordinate swift internal resolutionBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviewsRepresent the voice of the customer by feeding back product and operational insightsEnsure high-quality, day-to-day customer experience and timely handling of requestsCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely response and completion of requestsDrive adoption of platform features to improve customer experience and retention
