This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical execution, and operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn delivery of customer deployments: planning, installation, commissioning, and handoverDrive cross-functional execution across engineering, supply chain, software, manufacturing, and service partnersAct as the primary customer interface for project delivery and operational topicsManage timelines, risks, and execution across multiple parallel projectsEnsure high-quality documentation, reporting, and operational visibilityTranslate customer and field feedback into product and process improvementsContribute to scaling project management standards and processes within the Project Management OfficeQualifications3+ years experience in project management, operations, or technical deliveryStrong coordination skills across teams and external partnersComfortable working with technical systems and field operationsStructured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple projects in an international setupThrive in a fast-paced environmentFull proficiency in English (additional European languages are a plus)Familiar with MS Office, PM tools, and AIWhat We OfferWork on real-world infrastructure shaping the future of logistics.
