We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast‑paced, international environment and is motivated to make a real impact on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.What You’ll DoDeliver world‑class customer service to both internal and external customers.Support regional customer service activities, including accurate order entry, quotations, RMAs, and the creation and maintenance of special specifications.Communicate proactively with customers and sales representatives regarding deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution, working closely with your supervisor and peers.Complete and successfully pass all required Customer Service certifications.Apply sound judgment, previous experience, and company policies to resolve standard, in‑region customer issues.Assist with customer feedback tracking and actively contribute to initiatives that drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.Follow and promote company Values, Principles of Operation, and World‑Class Manufacturing principles.Embrace a mindset of Understand.
