As a Customer Solutions Consultant, you will be a key partner to our customers, helping them unlock the full value of their investment in our platform.In this role, you’ll work with a portfolio of customers, working closely with internal and customer stakeholders to understand their goals, use cases, and challenges. You’ll design and drive tailored success and implementation plans that accelerate adoption, ensure high retention, and support customers as their use of the platform matures and scales with our customers. What You Will Do: Act as a Trusted Technical Partner: Foster strong relationships with customers by establishing yourself as their go-to technical advisor. Help them adopt and expand their use of Confluent to drive real business value. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to identify opportunities and communicate the technical value of Confluent to a wide range of customer stakeholders. Lead Post-Sales Engagements: Serve as a key technical contact after the sale, coordinating with internal teams—including Product, Support, Services, and Training—to deliver successful outcomes, including enabling customers around the product features Drive Customer Success: Collaborate with support engineers to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights that inform the customer’s strategic direction.
