Customer Success Specialist (Italian) Location: Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain About GoFLUENT GoFLUENT has been accelerating language learning for over 24 years by delivering hyper-personalized solutions that blend technology, content, and human interaction. Our platform supports E‑Learning, Live Lessons, Virtual Classroom, eWriting, and Live Support for languages including English, Chinese, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. About the Role We seek engaging, learner‑focused facilitators to deliver high‑impact engagement webinar sessions for our global audience. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about helping learners succeed, energized by virtual interaction, and skilled at motivating and connecting in a digital environment. As a key member of the Engagement Webinar Team, you will guide learners through their first steps on the platform, support their ongoing progress, and empower them to meet their language‑learning goals. Key Responsibilities Deliver daily live kickoff webinars to onboard new learners and set them up for success. Use interactive elements (chat, polls, etc.) to encourage participation. Customize delivery style based on audience profiles (corporate learners, diverse cultures, language levels). Collaborate with content and training teams to refine scripts, presentation materials, and activities. Collect and share feedback to continuously improve learner experience. Track attendance, engagement, and learner feedback for continuous improvement. Required Qualifications & Skills 2+ years experience in online training/webinars, adult learning, facilitation, language instruction, or client onboarding. Outstanding verbal communication and virtual presence. Comfortable using digital tools such as Zoom, Teams, Google Slides, Mentimeter. Ability to adapt communication style for multicultural, international audiences. High level of professionalism, punctuality, and preparation. Comfortable managing live Q&A, chat interactions, and unexpected technical issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in EdTech, corporate L&D, or language education. Knowledge of learner motivation frameworks or behavioral science. Multilingual or ESL teaching certification (e.G., CELTA, TESOL).
