Customer Support - German & French
Customer support contact for corporate clients in the German midmarket, managing incidents, developing solutions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Your Tasks
Point of contact for corporate clients regarding questions about IT applications and systems.
Receive incident reports via phone and email.
Develop error analyses and solutions together with our customers.
Document requirements and incidents in a ticketing system and forward complex issues to 2nd level support.
Contribute to increased customer satisfaction and the further development of customer support within an international team.
What You Bring With You
Strong interest in IT technologies and curiosity to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage.
Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of service orientation, even in stressful situations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Good German and French language skills, both written and spoken, required.
Good English skills, both written and spoken, are an advantage.
