As Customer Service Representative you will support our customers to ensure the quality of the services provided through different channels (email and phone). Lead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion Fluent in Norwegian (native or bilingual) with strong English communication skills (B2). You are comfortable using customer management software (CRM) to track and manage interactions. If you’ve worked in customer service, or any people-focused role before, that’s even better!
