Workster is partnering with a leading BPO company in Portugal to recruit a Customer Expert for the Spanish market, supporting a global healthcare company specialized in innovative medical devices for diabetes management.
Relocation support and optional accommodation are provided for candidates moving to Lisbon.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in customer support within a meaningful and people-focused project. You will assist customers with product-related queries, orders, and support processes, ensuring a high-quality and empathetic customer experience.
Your Role
Provide customer support via phone and email for Spanish-speaking customers.
Assist customers with product usage, orders, deliveries, and documentation.
Offer clear and empathetic guidance to resolve customer inquiries.
Handle administrative tasks related to customer accounts and requests.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Your Qualifications
Fluent Spanish and good English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in customer service is a plus (not mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Empathy and attention to detail, especially in a healthcare-related context.
Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
The Offer
Full-time position in Lisbon, Portugal.
40 hours per week on rotational shifts (24/7).
Paid training program (~20 working days).
Health insurance from the first day of the contract.
Meal allowance card (~€7/day).
Holiday and Christmas allowances paid monthly.
Optional company accommodation for employees relocating to Lisbon.
Initial contract with possibility of long-term employment.
