Experteer Overview As Customer Solutions Consultant, you will deliver technical support and guidance to SiteMinder customers and partners, helping them optimize integrations with our products. You will build strong relationships through phone, chat, and other channels while acting as a trusted expert to resolve issues within defined SLAs and KPIs. Your work supports brand integrity and customer success across the region. This role offers hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment, with a focus on continuous learning and cross-team collaboration.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Provide technical support for all SiteMinder-labelled products and services to internal and external customers
- Develop strong customer relationships through exceptional technical support and consultation across multiple contact channels
- Identify customer needs and configuration requirements, set expectations, and resolve issues in line with customer demands and KPIs
- Ensure timely case resolution in accordance with SLAs and personal KPIs
- Act as a technical expert, identifying issues and communicating them and their requirements internallyResponsabilidades

- Fluent German and English in written and spoken communication
