Experteer Overview
Join TecAlliance’s EU remote security team to safeguard our platforms and data. In this role you will identify risks, run vulnerability assessments, and drive remediation across infrastructure, apps, and cloud. You’ll detect and respond to incidents, continually improve security tooling, and advise engineering and business teams on secure design and risk-based decisions. You’ll help strengthen our security posture while acting quickly to mitigate threats, contributing to a resilient, officially compliant security program.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks across infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments
• Perform vulnerability assessments and security testing with prioritized remediation
• Detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents to minimize business impact
• Operate and continuously improve security tooling (detection, monitoring, vulnerability management)
• Advise engineering and business teams on secure design, threat mitigation, and risk-based decisions
• Strengthen company-wide security posture through standards, best practices, and pragmatic guidance
Responsabilidades
• In-depth experience in technical information security and security engineering
• Strong background in vulnerability management, incident response, and security testing
• Ability to translate technical risks into clear recommendations for non-security stakeholders
• Solid understanding of software development, modern platforms, and cloud environments
• Experience working closely with software engineers or background in software development (plus)
• Relevant security certification (e.g. Offensive Security Certified Professional or comparable) or equivalent proven expertise
• Proficiency in English (B2+); Spanish or German a strong plus
• Legal authorization to work in the listed country (no relocation required)
