Experteer Overview
In this role you will support the Data, AI, and Analytics organization by handling day-to-day operations, financial tracking, and reporting. You collaborate with cross-functional teams across finance, sourcing, HR and recruitment to keep priorities on track and boost operational efficiency. Based in Barcelona, you contribute to coordinating processes, timelines, and documentation in a fast-paced, global environment. • Support day-to-day operational activities across the Data, AI, and Analytics organization
• Assist with financial tracking, budget coordination, and operational reporting activities
• Coordinate team-related processes, meetings, and organizational activities
• Support contract management, sourcing processes, and vendor coordination
• Partner with HR and hiring teams to track recruitment activities and hiring progress
• Maintain documentation and support process organization across teams
• Monitor timelines, priorities, and follow-up actions across initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and team processes
• Provide general coordination and administrative support as needed
Responsabilidades
• Experience in operations, project coordination, business support, or similar roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience supporting financial, sourcing, or administrative activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Comfortable working independently in fast-moving environments
• Experience working with HR or recruitment processes is a plus
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus
