Instagram и Facebook принадлежат компании Meta Platforms Inc., деятельность которой признана экстремистской и запрещена на территории РФЗадачи:Prepare operational analyses for User Acquisition and Growth teams using partner platform dashboards and exported datasets; Analyze campaign performance and provide timely, actionable insights to optimize marketing execution; Respond to operational performance queries that do not require internal data models or Data Science methodologies; Monitor marketing technology platforms, including AppsFlyer and advertising partner tools, ensuring proper operation and quality control; Monitor partner dashboards for anomalies, tracking issues, and reporting discrepancies; Coordinate with external partners and elevate data-related incidents to Data Analytics; Configure, monitor, andreport on partner-native incrementality experiments, such as AppsFlyer Incrementality and Meta Conversion Lift; Collaborate with Data Analytics and Data Science to ensure correct implementation and interpretation of experiments; Support operational execution while Data Science remains responsible for methodology and statistical evaluation; Participate in onboarding, integrating, and continuously quality-assuring external marketing and analytics platforms; Manage relationships with external marketing technology providers and ensure reliable platform operation; Validate partner-provided data and coordinate issue resolution with internal and external teams; Consolidate advertisingspend, impressions, installs, attribution, and performance metrics from multiple partners; Prepare recurring operational reports for User Acquisition and Growth teams; Identify reporting inconsistencies and elevate reconciliation needs to Data Analytics; Track campaign spend against planned budgets and investment objectives; Proactively identify deviations, delivery risks, and unexpected performance changes; Create and maintain simple operational dashboards using partner-exported data and spreadsheet tools; Ensure correct campaigntracking, UTM structures, AppsFlyer links, and event configurations; Collaborate with User Acquisition teams to verify tracking before campaign launches; Monitor attribution quality on partner platforms and elevate technical issues when necessary; Work with User Acquisition, Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, and Engineering teams to facilitate smooth campaign implementation; Translate operational business needs into specific requests for centralized data teams when advanced analysis is required; Contribute to improvingmarketing technology operations and reporting workflows.Требования:At least 2 years of experience in Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Ad Operations, Growth Analytics, or similar roles; Experience working withdigital marketing, mobile advertising, or performance marketing platforms; Hands-on experience with Mobile Measurement Partners, preferably AppsFlyer; Strong knowledge of mobile attribution and marketing performance metrics; Experience using advertising platform dashboards such as Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Unity, and AppLovin; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance; Advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets skills; Excellent communicationand relationship management skills with different stakeholders; Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; Nice to have: experience with mobile apps, video games, or performance marketing; knowledge of SKAdNetwork and privacy-focused mobile measurement solutions; experience with partner-provided incrementality experimentation tools; collaboration with external marketing technology platforms and analytics providers; knowledge of Looker, Redash, Tableau, or Power BI; basic SQL for querying or validating data; experience with campaign tagging, tracking links, and event configuration; mobile video game experience, especially free-to-play or social casino models; experience supporting User Acquisition teams; familiarity with retargeting platforms and attribution ecosystems; experience with creative analytics platforms and marketing automation tools; experience with MMP products.Условия:The position is based in Barcelona, Spain; No business travel is required; Work visa sponsorship is unavailable; candidates must alreadyhave permission to work full-time in Spain without requiring a visa now or in the future; The company offers career advancement and growth opportunities; The company promotes aninclusive, people-first culture.#J-18808-Ljbffr
