Data Centre Project Manager (Greenfield Hyperscale Build Europe)
We’re supporting a major hyperscale client on a greenfield data centre programme across Europe. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead large-scale builds from the ground up, working at the forefront of critical infrastructure delivery.The Role
You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across new data centre builds. From site mobilisation through to commissioning, you’ll be responsible for driving timelines, managing stakeholders, and ensuring world-class execution.Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycle delivery of hyperscale data centre projects
Manage contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Oversee budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation
Coordinate design, construction, and commissioning phases
Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards
Report into senior leadership with clear project updatesRequirements
Proven experience delivering data centre projects (hyperscale or enterprise)
Strong background in greenfield builds
Experience managing large, multi-million € programmes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Knowledge of MEP systems, construction processes, and commissioning
Willingness to travel across EuropeWhat’s on Offer
