Overview
As Digital Account Director, you will lead strategic digital activities, translate client briefs into data‑driven media strategies, and drive commercial return across our clients’ digital platforms.
Responsibilities
Lead the client’s digital activity, acting as link between stakeholders.
Provide strategic input across all client objectives, focusing on digital.
Analyze performance reports, create presentations and rationales for clients.
Spread digital knowledge to the team.
Stay current on technology developments in tracking and targeting to deliver innovative, accountable actions.
Deliver the digital strategy across brands and annual strategies for each.
Ensure quality control of agency output—response to briefs, content projects, practice execution, etc.
Coordinate local and international reporting.
Ensure ideas are high quality, inspirational, game‑changing and help clients deliver brand ambitions.
Guarantee excellent relationships with other agency partners and key media owners.
Qualifications
University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics or ~5 years managing clients in digital advertising environment.
Knowledge and use of digital advertising market tools/sources.
Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible and proactive.
Strong strategic thinking.
Leadership and people management.
Steadfastly push self and others for results.
Open to new ideas and change.
We Think You’re Awesome If You
Have good level of English (C1) assessed during interview.
Worked previously as Digital Account Manager (~2 years).
Know media planning tools (Kantar Tom‑Micro, Galileo, EGM, etc.).
Have knowledge of all digital disciplines: Display, SEM, SEO, Affiliate, Social, Programmatic.
Have offline media planning knowledge.
