Experience4+ years of experience in digital product, e-commerce, or loyalty-related roles.Proven experience working with CMS-driven websites and customer-facing digital platforms.Experience coordinating with external development agencies.Hands‑on experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.Experience supporting global or multi‑market digital initiatives.Technical & Product SkillsStrong understanding of website development concepts and digital delivery.Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.Familiarity with e‑commerce ecosystems and integrations.Experience using tools such as Jira and Confluence.Soft SkillsStrong project management and organizational skills.Comfortable operating in complex, cross‑functional environments.Proactive mindset with the ability to propose ideas and improvements.Clear communicator, able to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Nice to HavePrevious experience with loyalty programs, CRM, or customer engagement platforms.Experience working in global organizations.Understanding of personalization or customer engagement strategies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
