OverviewThe role: Integrated in the digital team, you will be in charge of both the strategy and design/ art direction of different digital ecommerce projects, from conceptualization, development of first sketches to the supervision of the project throughout its development process.We expect a creative, enthusiastic and independent profile with a minimum of 5 years of experience in an Ecommerce environment.FunctionsDesigner responsible for the creation, adaptation, and maintenance of digital assets for the Ecommerce project of L'Oréal, with a primary focus on the Garnier brand and the development of PDPs (Product Detail Pages).The role requires close collaboration with creative, production, traffic, and client teams to ensure that all assets comply with brand guidelines, retailer-specific technical requirements, and market needs.ResponsibilitiesCreate, adapt, and maintain digital assets for ecommerce projects (focus on Garnier PDPs).Collaborate with creative, production, traffic, and client teams to ensure assets meet brand guidelines and retailer technical requirements.Contribute to strategy and design direction for multiple digital ecommerce projects from concept through delivery.RequirementsProven work experience (5 years) as an Ecommerce designer or in a similar role, showcasing expertise in creating engaging content for marketplaces and web retailers within an advertising or digital marketing agency.In-depth knowledge of Ecommerce platform creative styles and formats, including what works well and what doesn't.Ability to deliver creative content in the form of images and videos.Fluent spoken and written English.Basic to mid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI design tools (e.g., Freepik, Runway, Firefly).Willingness to experiment with AI tools and drive creative innovation across formats.Experience in the production of HTML5 display campaigns, including CSS and JavaScript. Knowledge of frameworks such as GSAP is valued.
