Role overview
The Digital Solution Advisor Specialist : SAP Data and AI is a customer:facing presales role focused on positioning SAP's Data, Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence solutions to address customer business challenges. Acting as a domain expert and trusted advisor, you will connect customer requirements with SAP's Data and AI portfolio, supporting pipeline growth, deal execution, and successful customer adoption.
You will work closely with sales, virtual account teams, and marketing to deliver compelling value:based narratives, drive demand generation, and enable customers on their journey toward becoming intelligent, data driven enterprises.

Key responsibilities
1. Deal support and customer engagement
- Lead and deliver customer:facing presentations, demos, and discovery sessions focused on SAP Data and AI capabilities (e.g., analytics, data management, integration, and AI:driven insights).
- Translate customer pain points into value:driven solution narratives, tailored for both technical and executive audiences.
- Collaborate with Virtual Account Teams (VAT), sales, and solution experts to support pipeline growth and deal closure.
- Contribute to customer roadmaps for cloud transformation and intelligent enterprise adoption.
- Support RFx responses and key customer engagements, including strategic events and executive presentations.
- Maintain and curate reusable presales assets to enable scalable, low:touch engagements.
- Ensure a smooth transition from presales to post sales by supporting knowledge handover and customer onboarding activities.
2. Demand generation
- Support demand generation initiatives by contributing domain expertise in SAP Data and AI.
- Partner with marketing and DG teams to refine targeted messaging and content aligned to customer needs and market trends.
- Act as a subject:matter contributor in campaigns, webinars, and digital events.
3. Digital content and thought leadership
- Develop and enhance customer:facing digital content (presentations, demos, storytelling assets) with a strong focus on Data and AI use cases.
- Incorporate intermediate:to:advanced solution insights to ensure content relevance, consistency, and impact across regions.
4. Sales enablement
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of sales enablement and training materials related to SAP Data and AI solutions.
- Enable sales teams to confidently articulate SAP's value proposition, architecture, and differentiation in Data and AI scenarios.
Experience and qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 2+ years of experience in consulting and/or presales with SAP Business Technology Platform or 4+ years of professional experience in comparable data, analytics, cloud, or AI technology stacks.
