We are currently looking for an Digital Solutions Project Manager to join our team in Seville. This role is ideal for someone who wants to go beyond traditional project management and actively shape how AI is integrated into real-world business solutions. What You Will Do Lead the delivery of AI-powered and software solutions from concept to deployment Act as the bridge between business challenges and AI-driven technical solutions Identify opportunities where AI can create real business impact (not just add complexity) Translate business needs into clear solution designs and actionable plans Co-create with engineers, and stakeholders to define the best approach Drive scope, timelines, and priorities in a fast-evolving, innovation-driven environment Ensure solutions are scalable, pragmatic, and aligned with client goals Facilitate communication across teams Support validation, iteration, and continuous improvement of delivered solutions What We Expect 4–6+ years of experience in IT project management, solution design, or business analysis within software environments Strong understanding of software development processes and architectures Proven ability to bridge business needs with technical execution Proactive and curious, eager to explore new AI technologies and trends Experience working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, stakeholders) Strong analytical skills on an operational and tactical level. You can combine a helicopter view with the necessary eye for detail. Strong communication and management skills Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset Comfortable working in English and Spanish (other languages as French or Dutch are highly desirable) Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field — with a strong appreciation for both business and technology (an engineering background is highly valued) Strong team spirit — you enjoy collaborating, sharing knowledge, and building solutions together Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira/Confluence ➕ Nice to have Exposure to AI/ML projects, data-driven products, or automation initiatives Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., copilots, LLM-based workflows) What We Offer We value spontaneous interaction, co-creation, and co-ideation.
