We are looking for a Junior Digital Specialist whose responsibilities will include: Be responsible for executing local digital marketing campaigns to generate traffic, identifying and coordinating local promotions, and enriching and optimizing local product descriptions across digital channels, in order to strategically grow eCommerce in a specific location. Work with the Country Digital Manager and Global teams to implement the vision, roadmaps, and program backlog of the local eCommerce strategy. Identify and implement new opportunities throughout the customer journey to deliver high‑performing, agile customer interactions and touchpoints. Day‑to‑day website maintenance: content management, copy review, coordination of seasonal campaigns, etc. Knowledge of all platforms that support the eCommerce ecosystem, as well as the different processes each of them handles. Service issue resolution. Management of social media profiles: ensuring content is published accurately and on time, coordinating with partner agencies for daily operations, and proposing new ideas for both content and engagement dynamics. Performance measurement.
