Our mission is to contribute to help more people and business prosper.**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING****As a Senior Business and Development Digital Workplace Manager, **you will be responsible for managing the relationship with senior C level stake holders that we deliver service for today and developing new business with companies and countries across the group. The role is centred on end user services and the need and desire to continually improve where, how and when Santander staff can access and use the workplace services, they need to do their job. You will draw on your experience of leading, transforming and delivering digital workplace services. You will be a trusted advisor to senior colleagues and customers, helping them make informed strategic choices in how they deliver their programmes, working very closely with the deliver and production areas.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:- Managing the DWP workbook with the delivery areas ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget- Understand the services our customers provide to their users and what services they need from the Digital Workplace product to deliver a great user experience for their employees- Focus on data collection and current constraints, pain points and technology gaps that the customers have and build plans to address with the delivery areas- Conduct workshops with the customers to bring relevant stakeholders to stimulate new thinking, which can lead to new business or service offerings that could be built for the clients- Responsible for business development to expand the products customer base. Use prospecting strategies to identify prospects and then initiate the first outreach with potential customers- Measure end user experience with the customers and the service levels- Manage new requests of service and have the interface with service management to create a single workbook for both DWP and ITD- Attend regular service review meetings with the senior stakeholders, present and manage the products updates- Work directly with the DWP Quality Managers to have a full view of the workbook for each of the different customers and countries- Interface with the Country Lead to have a good understanding of all the EUT services and projects across the group with a goal of finding synergies leading to the ultimate goal of a consolidated global workplace- Manage relationships with each of the CIOs and representatives from each of the customer inside of the SGT DWP perimeter**EXPERIENCE**- +5 years experience in an IT delivery function working with senior stakeholders across the business- Experience of working with customers to design high quality Digital Workplace services with experience of continuous product development/improvement in an agile environment.- Good working knowledge of all DWP services- Strong Spanish speaking and presentation skills**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**- A self-starter bringing your own energy, resilience, and enthusiasm, to continually drive through improvements to the services provided in the Digital Workplace.- Financially and commercially astute with a desire for delivering value for money and experienced in working with third party providers.- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to articulate a solution to all audiences.
