Kemira is a global leader in sustainable chemistry for water‑intensive industries, with a dedicated Packaging & Hygiene Solutions Business Unit focusing on renewable solutions in packaging and tissue. The role is based in Western Europe (preferably near a Kemira production site or commercial office), with flexible location and travel within the EMEA West region. Responsibilities Lead and develop sales team(s) to achieve designated sales objectives. Develop and implement sales plans, activities, and campaigns and lead operational activities for assigned geography/market segment/customers. Define customer needs for Kemira chemicals, digital solutions and services with sustainability focus. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and targets. Monitor sales volume, revenues, and costs against forecasts to identify problem areas and adapt procedures or reallocate resources. Negotiate sales with existing and potential customers and actively liaise with customers. Contribute to development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies through market intelligence and customer information. Ensure occupational safety in commercial operations. Qualifications Bachelor/Master's Degree in Technology, Chemistry, Economics or similar. Demonstrable experience in leading diverse and multinational teams. Strong business acumen, negotiation, persuasion and influencing skills. Strong ability to inspire and coach others. Ideal knowledge and experience of the Pulp & Paper business. Fluent in English; additional regional languages are beneficial. Willingness for frequent business travel.
