Strategic Account Director (French- or Spanish-Speaking) - Hospitality Tech, France Our client is a fast-growing Hospitality Tech provider delivering market-leading operational and workforce management Saa S solutions to multi‑site hospitality and retail businesses worldwide. Trusted by globally recognised brands across the QSR, hotel, restaurant and leisure sectors, the business supports thousands of locations internationally through a suite of innovative, cloud‑based products designed to improve efficiency, compliance, workforce engagement and commercial performance. With significant private equity backing and ambitious international growth plans, they are continuing to scale at pace and strengthen their position as a market leader. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a Strategic Account Director to take ownership of a portfolio of high‑value enterprise accounts. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving long‑term customer success, identifying strategic upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and expanding relationships across some of the organisation’s most important clients. Working closely with senior stakeholders internally and externally, the role offers the opportunity to influence account strategy, contribute to wider business growth, and partner with some of the most recognised brands in hospitality. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in France – must be fluent in English plus French or Spanish. Key Qualifications 5+ years experience in Strategic / Key Account Management Experience selling Saa S / software into restaurants is essential Previous commercial focus within account management is essential e.G. upsell, cross‑sell, renewals Must be fluent in English, as well as French or Spanish Strategic Account Director Package: Opportunities for career progression & professional development.
