Director of Sales - Southern Europe - Spain/Italy based remote - €115K basic + €75K commAn opportunity for an accomplished software sales leader with a proven track record of managing remote teams across Italy and Spain, a strong passion for technology, and a clear focus on driving sustainable business growth.The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience from an MDM background and you will have a clear understanding of the landscape of MDM within this geographic region. Your role will include developing and executing effective sales strategies, expanding enterprise accounts and strategic partner relationships, and leading high-performing teams to achieve ambitious revenue targets. You will be commercially focused, highly collaborative across functions, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, while consistently delivering an exceptional experience for both customers and employees.Role accountabilities:Lead and develop a high-performing, enterprise-focused sales team across Southern Europe, building strong executive relationships with strategic accounts.Drive regional growth targets with strong operational discipline, accurate forecasting, and consistent sales execution.Lead strategic enterprise opportunities, including executive engagements, account planning, negotiations, and deal closure.Embed and champion sales methodology across the sales organisation, coaching teams on qualification, deal progression, forecasting, and value-based selling.Develop account growth strategies to maximise retention, expansion, and long-term revenue.Build strong channel partnerships to identify and close enterprise opportunities and strengthen the regional ecosystem.Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to accelerate pipeline generation and customer outcomes.Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity.You will bring:5+ years of software sales experience.3+ years of experience managing remote sales teams across Spain and Italy.Native/full professional fluency in Spanish and Italian.Strong understanding of mobility concepts, including COPE, BYOD, and IoT.Knowledge of Android and Apple ecosystems and their commercial applications.Experience with cloud platforms, including AWS and Azure.Proven experience supporting large-scale IT change management and mission-critical software projects.Knowledge of the mobility management partner ecosystem across Southern Europe.Understanding of business analytics, governance, and compliance within the mobility sector.Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.Willingness to travel 70% ( weekly )Fluent English, business language.Candidates must be authorised to work in either Spain or Italy without any restrictions.Please be advised CVs will be treated in the strictest of confidence and that your application will not be forwarded without your permission.
