Airbus invites recent graduates to join our full‑time graduate program in Spain – Discover II 2026/2027, starting 5 October 2026 and ending 1 October 2027. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines who are keen to develop a professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands new ways of thinking, learning, and collaborating. The selection process will run from April 2026 to July 2026. What does this internship consist of? Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential for future professionals. You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The internship starts in early October 2026 and lasts 11 months. It is a full‑time experience (40 h/week) and you will receive an attractive study grant. Internship Job Description Tasks to be carried out by the student: Support the management of A400M configuration temporary changes for serial and development aircraft. Support the production of the documentation needed to be presented to authorities to get permission to fly. Follow‑up and advance configuration requisites to ensure smooth adherence to the aircraft plan. Enroll the DEVOPS team to produce small apps to ease administrative tasks related to aircraft configuration, department finance, or other technical projects. Present some of the delivered projects to the engineering community. Support the preparation of informative talks dedicated to the dissemination of engineering projects and to present projects in which you have participated. Knowledge to be acquired by the student: Aircraft configuration procedures required to design an aircraft. Interrelation between the different aircraft systems. Normative to follow to get permission to fly. Experience in Scrum framework and Agile methodology inside a rapid development DEVOPS team. How to apply new technologies such as AI and Data Analytics in a restricted environment. Financial management. General: Engineering environment inside a final assembly line. Internship will be completely carried out inside the Design Engineering MAP Team at Sevilla Final Assembly Line. Tools to be used: Office software: Microsoft and Google. Python, VSCode, VBA, GScripts. Other internal Airbus tools: MySI, SAP, APS. Required skills Degree in Engineering: Informatics, Telecommunications, Industrial, Aeronautical. Level C1 English recommended. General knowledge in Office (Microsoft and Google), coding (Python, GScript, AI, Data Analytics), aircraft technology. Skills valued: Agile methodology and Scrum framework. Analytical and problem‑solving skills. Team spirit and great collaboration skills. Ability to work in complex and international environments.
