Customer Service Representative (Dutch-speaking) – Malaga, Spain Do you want to live and work under the Spanish sun while working for one of the biggest telecom providers in the Netherlands? This is your chance! For our client in Malaga, we are looking for enthusiastic Dutch-speaking customer service representatives. What do you get? As a customer service representative, you help customers with questions about mobile telephony, internet and television. For example: Activating a SIM cardSolving mobile internet problemsInvestigating slow internet connectionsHelping customers install equipmentAnswering technical questions and offering suitable solutions Besides delivering excellent service, you also play a commercial role. You spot opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and you advise customers naturally on products or services that truly suit them. Who are we looking for? You speak and write fluent Dutch (C2 level)You have at least B1-level EnglishYou are customer-friendly, strong communicator and commercially mindedYou think in solutions and work proactivelyYou are good with computers and have an affinity with technologyYou have the right to live and work in Spain and hold the necessary documentation Working hours Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00Saturday and Sunday: 09:00 – 17:30 Why choose this role?
