Live Expert Dutch + English On-site Location: Barcelona, SpainStart Date: ASAPSchedule: 39h/week | Monday to Friday, 09:00 18:00Work Mode: On-site Your Mission: We’re looking for a Live Expert to join our international team in Barcelona !In this role, you’ll engage directly with Dutch and English-speaking customers through live chat and video to provide support, guidance, and product expertise.Your goal? To create a seamless and engaging customer experience that leaves every client satisfied and confident. What You’ll Do: Interact with customers via live chat, video, and email in Dutch and English. Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations. Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure efficient problem resolution. Maintain accurate customer records and feedback for process improvement. Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best customer experience. What You Bring: Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Friendly, confident, and empathetic approach to customer interaction.
