Experteer Overview
In this role you drive high-quality ecommerce content and campaigns to lift acquisition and retention across web and email. You will support product launches, optimize on-site content for SEO, and run CRO experiments to boost conversions. You’ll turn data into actionable insights, collaborating with regional teams to align initiatives with strategy and performance goals. The position offers growth within a global leader in CGM, leveraging data-driven practices to improve health outcomes. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, analytics, and ecommerce to deliver measurable impact.

• Support delivery of content and campaigns to improve ecommerce performance from acquisition to retention
• Assist launches of new products and ecommerce projects aligned with strategic objectives
• Optimize on-site content and contribute to copy for SEO growth
• Contribute to on-site optimizations via test & learn CRO experiments and document insights
• Develop email content to enhance upsell, retention, and engagement
• Monitor and analyze performance data across GA4, GTM, SFDC/SFMC, VWO, Tableau; translate data into insights
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports and insight packs for the EMEA region
• Create marketing collateral aligned with ecommerce objectives based on real-world performance data
• Collaborate cross-functionally with EMEA performance marketing, EMEA marketing, commercial IT, and external partners
Responsabilidades
• Digital native with curiosity about trends in online shopping and healthcare marketing
• Strong understanding of the ecommerce customer journey and key digital touchpoints
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights
• Strong writing and visual communication skills, applying behavioural insights and SEO
• Collaborative with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong project management skills, familiar with PM tools (e.g., Asana)
• Able to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple projects
• High delivery standards and attention to detail; able to meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable working with external agencies and vendors
