For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire inbGetafe /ba dynamic and motivatedbElectrical Design Engineer /b. /p ul liBeing responsible for drawing electrical diagrams of power converters in the range of 1-10 MW, working as part of an engineering team developing power systems. /li liParticipate on Product Development and RD activities among multiple product categories. /li liGenerate manufacturing and assembly documents and bill of materials. Maintain product data in our electronic document management system and ERP. /li liGet involved with the Sales Department through the analysis of needs for prospecting projects, giving time and material cost estimates for development or project execution activities. /li liCollaborate on the supplier qualification task, working closely with the purchasing department in their interactions with distributors. /li liParticipate in the industrialisation of new products and maintenance of existing ones by supporting the production department. /li liAutonomously defining and selecting electrical components according to the inputs from the Power Electronics team. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liMinimum 3 years of experience in the Power Conversion field within at least 5 years of experience in general electrical engineering background. /li liElectrical Engineering studies such as Higher Technical Diploma or University Degree. /li liExtensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in the design of electrical diagrams and schematics using CAD tools (SchemELECT, SolidWorks Electrical, SEE Electrical, …). /li liDrawing cable and harness schematics at sub‑assembly and cabinet level. Drawing of command‑and‑control schematics. /li liExperience in the electrical design for medium size power converters, battery storage, renewable energy converters or traction power systems in the range of 1-10 MW. /li liIntegration of protections, control systems, semiconductors and measuring devices withing power converters. /li liKnowledge of electrical insulation devices, techniques and norms. /li liOccasional travelling requested (a few days once every 2 months in average). /li liEnglish professional proficiency. /li liFrench or Spanish is a plus. /li /ul pbAdvantageous to have /b /p ul liKnowledge of the mechanical aspects of power converters; liquid and forced air‑cooled assemblies, distribution of components in cabinets, different degrees of IP, outdoor applications. /li liExperience with Safety Integrity Level (SIL), IEC 61508. /li liFamiliar with power converters related standards and norms as IEC61439 and IEC62477. /li /ul pWe foster flat hierarchies and direct communication, enabling quick decisions and strong collaboration across all levels.
