We are seeking anEmbedded Software Engineerwith proven experience in developing embedded systems applied todefense technologies , focusing ontactical communications, electronic warfare, intelligent sensors, and command & control systems .
The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise inembedded programming (C/C++) , deep knowledge ofcommunication protocols and hardware architectures , and a strong commitment tosoftware quality, reliability, and security .
You will participate in theentire development lifecycle , from design and implementation to validation and integration of complex systems, while ensuring compliance withindustry and defense standards .Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implementembedded softwareinC/C++for mission-critical defense systems.
Integrate software solutions acrossland, naval, or electronic defense platforms .
Participate insoftware architecture designand hardware component selection.
Developdrivers, firmware, and real-time applications(RTOS or bare-metal environments).
Collaborate withsystems, hardware, and validation teamsto ensure compatibility and reliability.
Prepare and maintaintechnical documentation , design diagrams, and test procedures.
Ensure compliance withdefense standards(MIL-STD, DO-178C, MISRA, or other project-specific frameworks).
Contribute tocontinuous improvementof development, automation, and validation processes.Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree inElectronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or related field .
4+ years of experiencein embedded software development.
Strong proficiency inC/C++andRTOS environments(FreeRTOS, VxWorks, QNX, etc.).
Experience working withARM microcontrollers, DSPs, or FPGAs .
Solid understanding ofcommunication protocols(Ethernet, CAN, RS-485, SPI, I2C).
Experience withversion control systems(Git, SVN) andCI/CD pipelines(Jenkins, GitLab).
Familiarity withdefense or other safety-critical environments .
Fluent technical English (B2/C1) .Nice to Have
Experience withelectronic warfare, radiofrequency systems , orsecure communications .
Knowledge ofPython or Bashfor testing and automation.
Familiarity withmilitary certification processes or NATO STANAG standards .
Experience inEMI/EMC analysis and mitigation .
